elcome to the Commercial Landscaping sector of Hurstwood Landscapes.  Initially we concentrated on the quality domestic market, but we have been drawn naturally into a vacuum in the commercial sector, i.e. the more technical & prestigious work such natural water features & structures.
It is at this stage that the foundation of a successful project is laid. The cost of seeking the right information and advice can often be saved many times over during the construction phase - our experience may be of help. Sufficient information or historic records may not be available. We could investigate the existing with an understanding of what the Client needs to know. We would be please to discuss whether or not we could help.
 
These are often considered separate activities & if the Client prefers, we are happy to carry out either function.

However, we have seen projects suffer or fail because of the liability conflict between separate bodies carrying out these functions.

We prefer to offer a complete package. The Client has only one company to deal with and avoids the financial tangles that can arise with separate designers & contractors. The responsibility to deliver would rest with us. This approach worked in the days of Brunel etc – why not now?
Many Clients and Architects are more than able to commission the works, but don’t have the staff to successfully manage or supervise the works.

It is vital that the relationships between Client, Design Team and Contractor are well managed. This staff has to understand the needs of the Client.

The nature of the project and the pragmatic needs of the construction phase. We would be happy to supply staff either full time, part time or on a contract basis.
